The Pop Up concept was created with one goal – to make art accessible to everyone. In 2021, the founders noticed an extremely high interest in buying art among the younger generation. However, the main buying channel was social media, which often brings uncertainty and risks. The art world was either intimidating or simply not on the radar of many potential young collectors. So the idea was born to create a modern way of collecting art. Through pop up event staking place in unique locations across the globe, the goal is to create a relaxed atmosphere and connect talented emerging artists with potential buyers.Today, BAODT has hosted over 25 pop up exhibitions and in addition, has a permanent home in Munich since 2025. Open by appointment only, the showroom creates a more personal environment for discovering art and private art advisory.
